Issue Description
can't add CTI link
Alarm Information
when you follow the  picture and press confirm ,  there is nothing hapend .
Handling Process
1-Make sure that all the  cTI service is enabled.
2-Stop and start the CTI service.
Root Cause
SW problem
you can add it manulay by coomand lone [CLI].
1- login to the CTI server .
2-switch to the CTI user

CTI-Server:~ # su - emad1

3-Run the mdscmd  command to add the CTI manually

mdscmd bind to ip

Main Menu:
    0). Get Process State From MDS
    1). List All Process
    2). Add  Process
    3). Modify Process Setting
    4). Delete Process
    5). Get Configuration From CCS
    6). Start Process
    7). Stop Process
    8). Start All Process
    9). Stop All Process
    a). Set Alarm Information
    b). Set Reference IP Address
    q). Quit

4- press 2 to add a proccess and then add the name of the proccess [ctilink].
5-Now you can check the status and press 0 you can find the proccess added.
