FAQ-How to achieve non-authentication for one user on dot1x interface?

The scenario is like below:

PC --- IP Phone --- (dot1x)Switch ----Server

Customer configured dot1x authentication on access port on our switch. This port is connected IP Phone and PC.

If customer just want to do dot1x authentication for PC user rather than IP Phone, how we can achieve it?

A:To implement this function, set the MAC address of the interface for users to access to the static MAC address of the specified VLAN. Then that staic MAC will not do dot1x authentication to access network. Priority of Static MAC is higher than dot1x authentication.
