Step 1 Log in to the IPC web page as the admin user.
NOTE:
For details about the default password of the admin user, see the user guide for the device.
Step 2 Right-click the live video pane and choose Sensor Config from the shortcut menu.
Step 3 Click Factory Setting to restore video parameter settings to factory defaults.
Step 4 Check whether the fault is rectified.
