Step 1 Open Internet Explorer and choose Tools > Internet Options.
The Internet Options dialog box is displayed.
Step 2 On the General tab page, click Delete in the Browsing history area, and delete cached data as prompted, as shown in Figure 3-11.

Step 3 Restart Internet Explorer.
Step 4 Check whether the fault is rectified.
If yes, no further operation is required.
If no, contact your service provider for assistance.
