Issue Description

When try to load a license in the web interface of the TE30 with Internet Explorer v10, the "Import" button cannot be pressed


Handling Process
need to configure the browser in compatibility mode
Root Cause
the version of the browser is not supported
Solution


 - Add the IP of the device in the menu Tools > Compatibility View Settings.

-          - select the options “Display intranet sites in compatibility view” and “Use Microsoft Compatibility lists”
