When a pppoE user is out of money, Huawei BRAS should redirect him to a web page that told him to pay money if he want to get service
When a PPPoE user gets online after being authenticated, the user is forced to access a specified Web page after being forbidden to access internet. To ensure this issue we need 3 things:
a. A mechanism that make difference between a normal user and a suspended user
b. A mechanism that forbid users to access internet except a web page.
c. A mechanism that redirect users to a special web page.
For the first mechanism the BRAS should be informed of the type of each user (normal or suspended) from an entity in relationship with the billing system (in our case Radius Server) throw some attributes. To achieve this we suggest the radius server send to the BRAS the standard attribute 11 (Filter-ID) that indicate the user group of each user.
For the two other mechanisms, we can run a traffic policy command in the BRAS to forbid suspended users (For exemple user-groupe 2) in the domain to access internet, and configure a web page to which the suspended users are forced to access.
Currently there is no Radius attribut that can tell the MA5200G to redirect users that are out of money.
