Issue Description

A disk alarm indicator is red on. By checking the current status of the disk in the ISM, its health status is Single Link Fault.

Handling Process

If the faulty disk is a member of a RAID group, the type of the replacement disk must be consistent with that of other member disks in the RAID group, and its capacity must be of no smaller than the smallest one in the RAID group.

Replace the hard disk.

Root Cause
  1. It is found that the indicators of controllers are normal.
  • The spontaneous faults of the disk causes the single link fault.
