Inaccessible Controller Due to Faulty Coffer Disks

Issue Description

Controller B of a storage device works properly, but controller A is inaccessible to either the ISM or the CLI. By checking the current status of the storage device in the ISM, a faulty coffer disk can be found and its icon becomes  (SATA disk in this case).
