How to Troubleshoot the Fault that the ESM Fails to be Accessed?

After the ESM is installed in the V1300N system, run the service iNVS start command. The iNVS is started properly and is in the running state. The ESM fails to be accessed in the IE on a PC (the network connection between the PC and the V1300N is proper).
Manually starting the ISM also fails as it is prompted of inconsistent IP address.
Run the reboot command to restart the device. The IP address will be consistent.
The ISM service of the iNVS is not started properly. The main cause is that the service network port IP address of the V1300N is changed, and the IP address in the ISM configuration is not updated in time and is inconsistent with the actual IP address.
