We can’t query the log’s information in the elog’s operation page even if we have configured the log collector and network equipments.
Modify the server’s time zone.
At first, we doubt that there has something wrong in the configuration of network equipments, but it’s OK. So we position the problem in the log collector. But the problem still exist after we re-install the log collector.So the reason is that the log system discard the packet. After checking for many times, we find that the time zone of log server is wrong. So the equipments can’t fit with server, can’t collect log.
