For eSight V200R003C00SPC100, on main page system automatically should collect top N statistics for CPU and memory from all devices that form the resourse topology. Even if we wait for a long period statistics never change.
The message was "No data found"
we asked the customer to send us OS environment details in order to reproduce the problem in the lab. Finally we observed that if server OS language is other than english or chinese, top N statistics can't be used.
I've checked the with customer the KPI Monitor indicators where, even if the device status was normal, NE CPU usage and memory were showing No data available.
Always use language and region English/Chinese.
