The customer wants to see the SSL VPN login log information in the firewall device logbuffer. But he can’t find the correlative logs, when some SSL VPN users log on successfully.
(1) Please confirm the info-center switch is off (default is on): undo info-center enable,
(2) Please verify that the log level is the default level;
(3) Please verify that if some SSL VPN users have logged on or not;
(4) Please modify the SSL VN log level to informational for test;
Because of the info-center default log level is warning (severity=4), but the SSL VPN user login log level is informational (severity=6), the level is very low. So we can’t see the SSL VPN user login log when the info-center log level is the default value.
Change the SSL VPN user log level to informational, the command is as follows, the USERS in the command series is the SSL VPN user log module.

If some issues like that there are logs in the logbuffer, but there aren’t some special module logs. When you meet issue like this, you can change the info-center log level to the lowest (debugging (severity=7)) for test, this will help you to confirm if the logs exist or not.
