Issue Description
when customer is doing the traceroute , he is not able to see the lan interface and wan interface in the traceroute .
Due to which , he is not able to see from where traffic is going .
Alarm Information
during traceroute , it shows as " Request Time out " , so unable to identify from where traffic is moving
Handling Process
we need provide following cmds in USG6600
1) ip ttl-expires enable
2) undo firewall defend tracert enable
Root Cause
after analysis , some cmds were missing .
Suggestions
we need provide following cmds in USG6600
1) ip ttl-expires enable
2) undo firewall defend tracert enable
after we use above cmds , device start showing its wan and lan interface in tracert
