The WI Page Is Displayed Abnormally After Users Change the Timeout Interval and Log In to the WI Again

Publication Date:  2015-03-10 Views:  864 Downloads:  0
Issue Description
After users change the timeout interval on WI page and open the WI again, the page is always in the loading progress, and users cannot view the text box for entering user name and password.
Handling Process
1. Log in to the WI server that is running properly, and go to /opt/WI/tomcat/WI/ROOT/js/src.

2. Copy the globalvar.js file to the local computer.

3. Modify the timeout interval file on the local computer and save the settings.
On the abnormal WI server, replace the file in /opt/WI/tomcat/WI/ROOT/js/src with the file changed on the local computer.
Root Cause
Users may open the server files using the visualization tool (such as winscp) on the WI server, modify the files and save the settings. During this process, special characters that cannot be identified on the WI server are referenced.
