Issue Description
Customer reported that the on hold music is not according to the customer needs.

Customer want's to put his own recording for this service.
Solution
1. Login into WAS using VDN Admin 101


2. Go to Skill > Skill Queue



3. And then put the path to the file using the mapped drive letter to the File Server and filename:
