Step 1 Log in to the IPC web page as the admin user.
NOTE:
For details about the default password of the admin user, see the user guide for the device.
Step 2 Choose Settings > Channel Configuration > Video Stream Parameters.
Step 3 View the IPC frame rate and ensure that the IPC frame rate matches the local commercial power frequency.

If the local commercial power frequency is 50 Hz, ensure that the IPC frame rate is 25 or 20 Hz.

If the local commercial power frequency is 60 Hz, ensure that the IPC frame rate is 30 or 15 Hz.
Step 4 Check whether the fault is rectified.

If yes, no further operation is required.

If no, contact your service provider for assistance.
