FAQ-Why QQ Is Disconnected After an Intranet User Who Accesses the Network Through the Firewall Stops Using It for a Period of Time

Issue Description
Why QQ Is Disconnected After an Intranet User Who Accesses the Network Through the Firewall Stops Using It for a Period of Time?
Solution
The link status check function is disabled on the firewall (using the undo firewall session link-state check command). Therefore, the aging time of QQ becomes 30 seconds, which is less than the keepalive time of QQ. You can enable link status check by using the firewall session link-state check command or reset the aging time of QQ (for example, you can set the aging time to 2 minutes by using the firewall session aging-time service-set qq 120 command) to resolve this problem.
