How to back up and archive a read-only file?
Solution
1. Log in to the Windows client as an administrator.
2. Right-click a read-only file and choose Properties from the shortcut menu.
The Properties dialog box is displayed.
3. On the General tab page, deselect the Read-only property.
After the read-only property is removed, this file can be backed up and archived.
