The touch panel exits the conference control screen and displays a message to indicate that it is disconnected from the telepresence host.
Step 1 Verify that the connection settings on the touch panel are correct, as described in Table 4-1.

Step 2 On the telepresence host web interface, click System Settings. Under Touch Panel User on the Users tab, verify that Account status is set to Enable and the password is the same as that defined on the touch panel.
Connection settings on the touch panel are incorrect.
The touch panel user password has been changed on the telepresence host.
