Issue Description

During the RAID group initialization, the 0xB02160006 A serious error occurs on the DRAM of the RAID card alarm is reported to the ISM. As a result, the RAID group initialization fails.

Handling Process
Step 1     Replace the RAID card.

                               Step 2     Switch on the power supply, and start the device.

After the RAID card is replaced, the RAID card automatically identifies the information about the RAID group. Therefore, you do not need to add hard disks manually.

                               Step 3     After the device is started, check whether the 0xB02160006 A serious error occurs on the DRAM of the RAID card alarm disappears from the ISM interface.

l   If yes, the fault is removed.

l   If no, contact technical support engineers.
