Unable to Online Update the Signature Database or Virus Library in UTM Mode

Issue Description
A new USG2160 works in UTM mode. The license is successfully imported. The PC can access the Internet through the USG2160. Web site www.baidu.com can be pinged through on the USG2160.
In the Upgrade Center Web page, fill in the correct upgrade server and LAC, and click Manual Online Upgrade. The signature database or virus library is not updated.

1.      Solution in the case of non-commercial license:
Obtain the following files:
A.          LAC
B.          License file
C.          License application template
D.         ESN
2.      Solution in the case of commercial license:
      Dial the customer service hotline.
Root Cause
There are two cases for this problem:
1.      In the lab or pre-sales testing: The device uses the non-commercial license. To update the signature database or virus library of a new device online, you need to import the device information to the upgrade server at sec.huaweisymantec.com. Otherwise, the online update fails.
2.   In delivery: The device uses the commercial license. The license center automatically synchronizes the device information to the upgrade server at sec.huaweisymantec.com.
Suggestions
After the problem is removed, click Manual Online Upgrade in the Upgrade Center Web page. The signature database or virus library is successfully updated.
