1. Check whether the N8300 is correctly configured and whether the NIFS service is normally started. Restart the NIFS service and retry the access to a Homedir share. If the access still fails, go to step 2.
2. Check whether quota management is configured for the Homedir and whether quota management is in disabled. If quota management is enabled and the Homedir shares still cannot be accessed, go to step 3.
3. As user a has accessed Homedir shares, clear the access records by either of the following methods. Method 1: Right-click My Computer, click Disconnect Network Drives, and select and delete corresponding NAS share. Method 2: Run the net use\\IP\directory name /delete command at the prompt. If Homedir shares still cannot be accessed, restart the client system or replace the client.
