Issue Description
Related information about the product and version: the T3500
When the T3500 that is configured with the Areca RAID card is operating in Lunix SLC 4.6 science, one device reports an error, as shown in Figure 2-7.

After restart, the device recovers.

Handling Process
  Step 1     Upgrade the version of the firmware to 1.49 through the RAID card in inband mode.
To upgrade the firmware version, five files need to be upgraded. For details, see 3.8 Upgrading the Firmware .
Step 2     According to the customer's OS version, upgrade the RAID card driver of the OS to a new version. For details, see 3.11 Upgrading the Areca RAID Card Driver.
   Step 3     If the error is not reported when the customer performs operations and test programs after the related versions are upgraded, the fault is removed.

Root Cause
3.2 Checking the Information About the Firmware Version of the Areca RAID Card and find that the firmware version is earlier than 1.49; meanwhile, the RAID card driver used by the customer is the driver attached in the OS (the version can be obtained through logs). Since the versions of the firmware and driver of the T3500 is not the official versions, the fault results.

l  The official release version of the firmware of the RAID card is V1.49.
l  The official release version of the T3500 is T3000 V100R001C01SPC006.
