Action Check the steps below to fix it.
Step 1. Make sure that this S5000 device is not the component of N8000.
Step 2. Make sure that the IP address entered in the IE browser can be pinged.
Step 3. Make sure that there is no IE proxy enabled.
Step 4. Make sure that the IP address entered is in the format: https://IP
Step 5. Try to login with IP addresses of both controllers to exclude the possibility that one controller fails.
Step 6. Try to login through CLI Mode to exclude the possibility that the device fails.
Step 7. Try to use another PC terminal to exclude the possibility that the security setting of this PC is in high level that prevent login correctly
