After the user logged in to the SVN3000 and used Web-link, the SVN3000 warned that the host had been changed and instructed the user to restart the PC.
After the user restarted the PC, the same warning was displayed. The user clicked No. The SVN3000 warned that the loading ActiveX controls failed.
Reset the LSP connection on the SVN3000 to enable the SVN3000 client controls to be installed to the Web browser.
Do as follows:
Run the netsh winsock reset command in the CLI window on the host and then restart the host.
Or use 360 security software to repair the LSP connection.
The possible cause is that third-party controls hijacked the Windows LSP and disturbed the SSL VPN Web page controls. The SSL VPN controls of SANGFOR conflict with those of our company, which may cause this problem.
Generally, the loading failure of SSL VPN Web page controls is caused by conflict with other software. If the loading failure persists after the LSP is repaired, collect the host log data about the SVN3000.
Run the %appdata%/svn client/log command in CLI. Collect and send all the .txt files to the customer service center for help.
