Multiple redundant links exist between an AS and a storage device. The LUNs are successfully mapped to the AS in the ISM, but none of them can be detected on the AS.
Product and version information:
Check whether a third-party multipathing software or UltraPath software is installed on the AS.
If yes, uninstall the software and then go to step 4.
If no, go to step 4.
Install a version of UltraPath software that is compatible with the storage device. For information about software versions and compatibility information, please refer to the official website of Huawei Symantec Technologies Co., Ltd..
The AS has installed no or wrong multipathing software.
