When You Add an NE, the VSM Prompts that the NE Already Exists

Issue Description
When you attempts to add a NE, the VSM prompts that the NE already exists.

Handling Process
l           Method 1:
1.         In the topology view, check whether the NE icon exists. If so, the NE is already added to the VSM.
l           Method 2:
1.         On the main menu bar, choose File > Find.
2.         Set the conditions in the Search dialog box.

The Auto search with specified keyword check box is selected by default. After a user specify the filter criteria, the Search dialog box automatically displays the search result.
If the Auto search with specified keyword check box is cleared, you need to click Search to display the search result after you specify the filter criteria.
3.         If the search result is available in the Search dialog box, the NE is already added to the VSM.
If Search Mode is Name or IP, the search may fail when the name or IP address of an NE changes. You are advised to search in at least two modes. Otherwise, duplicate NEs may be added.
Root Cause
The NE is already added to the VSM.
