Issue Description
Sysname too long result in the SSH fault.
A engineer configure the remote connection between the SSH Client and the router on the equipment NE5000E (Version NE5000E-VRP5.30-22002W08), the SSH Client run a client side software which supports the SSH1.5.

Change the sysname from ××××NE5000E to ××××NE5KE”, the problem will be solved.
Root Cause
When he execute the command ‘rsa local-key-pair create’under the mode of system, the equipment presents that the execution of command is failed.
The command of ‘rsa local-key-pair create’ is used to create a local RSA host key pair and server key pair. The key pairs are named in the format “router-server” and “router-host”. So the minimum length and the maximum length for key pair and server key pair are 512 and 2048. If the sysname for the router is too long, the execution of this command will be failed.
