Client logon the web management window of SVN3000 by https://192.168.1.1:8001 but failed. Changed another browsers (IE, firefox, chrome and so on), computers and ports to logon, but it still failed.
3. Device configuration

1. Restarted client computer and shutdown the firewall of host. It couldn’t work.
2. Restarted client computer and shutdown the antivirus software and safe center of host. It couldn’t work.
3. Changed a client notebook and logon the management windows successfully. It showed the problem happened in Windows. After comparing the setting and programs of computer with notebook, found that a windows patch KB2585542 is installed in computer but not in notebook. Then uninstalled it and solved the problem.
After the test as above, it shows that configuration of device is no problem. So the problem of client computer most likely, including firewall of host, antivirus software of host and Window.
Engineer should master the method and steps of Tshooting when they were dealing with network problem. Use the segmented detection method to find out the segment where the fault happed. In this segment, choose a most effective way to find out the reason of fault exactly. In this case, we chose replacement method and compare their setting and programs, and then we found the reason of the fault.
