Customers reflect has forgotten NIP console passwords and can’t login the equipment normally.
The solving way to this kind of problems is find the database stored password firstly, sent it to R&D to initialize and then sent it back again to replace.
Find out the storage directory of the file “Customer.mdb”, (specific path is: the installation directory\huawei\NIP\Config \Customer.mdb). And then sent it to the research and development to initialize it. After processed by R&D, sent the “Customer.mdb” file to the site engineer, let it follow the steps processing: use the current file “Customer.mdb” to replace the file has the same name in the original installation directory\Huawei\NIP\Config;
Another: if the system shows that the file is being used and is not allowed to be replaced, please restart your PC, then replace it;
