3. S9300 interface updown every other 5 minutes, but it can confirm that S9312 has no mechanism that interface up and down every other 5 minutes, it can confirm that the failure caused by wavelength division failure.
The wavelength division engineer check the problem, find that configured the switching mechanism for every 5 minutes, change wavelength division side configuration, the failure recovered.
