This phenomenon is due to the client did not receive equipment back to the response message to login failed, the specific reason is unreachable message routing, or port unreachable ( request message is the intermediate device filter ), or a return message to be filtered, and the path is not the same as may appear to return to message could not be delivered to the client. Return path consistency, while the device side not to open telnet service or authentication failed general won't appear this kind of phenomenon.
