NAS N8500 windows CIFS client cannot mount issue

Issue Description
Product: N8500, related project: NAS. OS: Windows 2003
Network topology: NAS N8500 network, clients connect to NAS and use CIFS via network switch.
Failure Symptom: On product line customer report cannot mount CIFS network disk from windows clients, system report wrong username and password.
Alarm Information
Windows user interface. Windows system log.
Handling Process
1. Make sure you use the right username and password as set up in NAS CIFS.
2. If possible, reboot windows clients and try mount again, see if windows cache the history user information and make login failure.
3. If cannot reboot windows, you can log to the windows system, right click "my computer", choose "disconnect network disk"; or open "cmd" tool, execute "net use /d *", choose Y, and then try login again.
Root Cause
When login network disk on windows system, it need input username and password, system will remember this information. So in next time if current username and password diff from remain history log information, the network disk may not be able to login.
