Handling Process
1.Customer reported the fan module of S9700 was running abnormally with loud noise.
2.After checked the alarm information we found there was something wrong with fan module FAN1.
3.After checking the display fan information, it was found that one fan in the FAN1 was faulty.
4.Solution: it was confirmed the fan itself can't be replaced, need to replace the fan module (FAN1) totally, the BOM code of the fan module is 02120666.
Root Cause
When checking the fan infomration, we found that one fan of the fan module (FAN1) was faulty and running for too fast (3990 per min, which is 72% higher than the other one in the FAN1).

Suggestions
If the fan is faulty, need to replace the FAN module totally with BOM code of 02120666.
