adding the slave node to the cluster failed because of the license of N8300

Issue Description
there are two nodes in the cluster, one node is broken down before, after we reinstall the OS of broken node, and add it to the cluster, it tell us the license is invalid or the resoure is not enough.

Handling Process
1. we check the cluster status
    run the command "show" in the cluster mode, we can see that the system has record the information of two nodes in the cluster.
2. then we have to check the license information
    run the command "show resource" in the license mode. we can see the cluster only allow two nodes in the cluster, the license has been used up, so we have to delete the old information for the broken node first.
3. delete the broken node in the cluster
    run the command "delete NODENAME" in the cluster mode, to delete the old information
4. add the new system to the cluster again
    run the command "add xx.xx.xx.xx(private ip for new node)" in the cluster mode, to add the new node

notes: it will take several minutes to add the new node to the cluster successfully, during this time, the virture ip will be balanced between the two nodes, so the access to the storage will be affected, please inform the information to the customer.
