we can't find the NIC on the network management page in the RH1288 server

Issue Description
customer install the windows 2008 R2 SP2 on the RH1288 server, after the installation, they can't find the NIC information on the network management centre.

Handling Process
1. download the latest Service CD software to re-install the OS, during this time, it will take a long time to check each step according to the product document. 
1.1 you can get the document here and follow the chapter "Installing Windows Server 2008":

1.2 if there is an old RAID in the server, we have to delete it and create a new one to ensure there is no old configuration left.
1.3 at the progress to select the OS type, it will take about half an hour to display the type information, so please pay attention to it, which is caused by the compatibility.
2. after re-install the OS, we can see the NIC information.

Root Cause
first, we have to check if the hardware is faulty, so we check the device management center and also didn't find the NIC device.
second, we check the MAC address of the on-board NIC on the BMC portal of the server to check if the NIC is faulty and find the MAC is normal, so the hardware is normal
at last, we have to check the OS installation and find the OS is not compatible with the server.
Suggestions
we suggest to install the compatible OS on the corresponding server.
