ITA Virtual Environment Configuration Failure in FusionAccess V100R005C10 TR5

Issue Description
During the virtual environment configuration in system management on the FusionAccess portal after environment deployment, error 11037 is reported indicating that virtual environment cannot be accessed properly.

Handling Process
Log in to the ITA server, open System.properties in C:\ITA\tomcat\vDesktop\WEB-INF\conf\system, and change the value of CloudOSVersion from v1.2 to v1.1.
Root Cause
When connecting to FusionCompute, the ITA of the V100R005C10 TR5 version sets the message header based on the FusionCompute version in the configuration file. In the TR5 version, only one configuration file can be configured at a time. The default value is v1.2, indicating that FusionCompute V100R003C10 is connected. To connect to FusionCompute V100R003C00, change the value to v1.1.
Suggestions
During the onsite delivery, to connect the ITA of the V100R005C10 TR5 version to FusionCompute V100R003C00, you need to manually change the FusionCompute version. All V100R005 versions are compatible with the two FusionCompute versions.
