Downloading of Attachments in Emails Is Slow

Issue Description
1. When a user logs in to the internal email system through the desktop cloud environment and downloads attachments, the download rate is 80kbit/s.
2. When the user logs in to the internal email system through a physical PC and downloads attachments, the download rate is more than 200 kbit/s.

Handling Process
1. Right-click Local Area Connection and choose Properties. On the Local Area Connection Properties page, click Configure.

2. On the Xen Net Device Driver Properties page, click Advanced and change the value of Checksum Offload to Disabled.





Root Cause
The checksum offload attribute of the VM is incompatible with the internal email system. After the checksum offload attribute is disabled, this problem is solved.
