1. Log in to the FusionAccess portal, check the WI configuration. Ensure that the Self-help console gateway is set to Open, and the IP address and port number for the service gateway are correct. The default port number is 8443.
2. If the configuration is correct but the console still cannot be available, install the console. For details, see "Installing Gateway and Load Balancing Components" in the FusionCloud Desktop (Standard) V100R005C10 Software Installation Guide 02.
