Issue Description
After the primary power supply is disconnected and before the standby power supply is put into use, the NetEco detects an alarm for failed AC transfer switch (ATS) switchover and an alarm for the faulty ATS controller. What should be done?
Solution
Possible Causes:
1) The ATS controller is disconnected from the power supply or faulty.
2) The ATS works in manual mode.

Procedure:

Step 1 Check whether the power supply to the ATS controller is normal.

If the POWER indicator on the ATS controller is on, the power supply is normal.
If the POWER indicator on the ATS controller is off, the power supply is faulty.
Go to Step 2.

Step 2 Check the status of the ATS controller circuit breaker.

If the circuit breaker is ON, go to Step 3.
If the circuit breaker is OFF, switch it on.

Step 3 Check whether the power cable is properly connected.

Y: If the power cable is properly connected, check whether the fault persists.
If the fault is rectified, troubleshooting is complete.
If the fault persists, go to Step 4.
N: If the power cable is connected incorrectly, reconnect it.

Step 4 Check the ATS switchover mode.

Check that the handle on the ATS is pushed to M, which indicates the electric switchover mode, and the handle is pulled out.
Check whether the fault is rectified.
If the fault is rectified, troubleshooting is complete.
If the fault persists, contact Huawei technical support.
