When a user attempts to active the license, the following error message is displayed:
No product features present in License File.
Contact the agent to replace the license of the AR.
The license on the AR1220-S needs to be activated. In the license certificate, the license to be activated is that of the AR2220. That is, the license does not match the AR model to be activated.
Before activating the license, check whether the purchase license and AR model match.
