You have entered the BIOS. For details, see Entering the BIOS.

Data

Data preparation is not required for this operation.

Procedure:

1.  Optional: Select Boot, and press Enter.

Only the Boot screen of the E9000 BIOS provides the PXE Only option. When PXE Only is set to Enabled, the server can boot only from Preboot Execution Environment (PXE). In this case, follow-up procedure is not required.

2.  Select Boot > Legacy, and press Enter.

The Boot Device Priority screen is displayed, as shown in Figure 1.

3.  Select Boot Type Order, and press Enter.

The Boot Type Order screen is displayed, as shown in Figure 2.

NOTE:
The default boot order is as follows: Hard Disk Drive, DVD-ROM Drive, PXE, Others.

4.  Select a boot option and press F5 or F6 to change the boot sequence.
  • Press F5 to move the boot option up.
  • Press F6 to move the boot option down.
NOTE:
The display order of the boot options is the boot order.
