Step 1 Check whether the IPC is grounding.
If yes, go to Step2.
If no, ground the IPC properly.
Step 2 Check whether the ONU device is grounding.
If yes, contact your service provider for assistance.
If no, ground the ONU (MA5626) properly.
The ONU device must be properly grounding. If the safety ground terminal of the ONU device is not connected to any reliable ground cable, there might be electric leakage from the ONU device. The electric charge from electric leakage may be released to the IPC, which may lead to IPC fault after a certain period.
Step 3 Check whether the fault is rectified.
If yes, no further operation is required.
If no, contact your service provider for assistance.
