Issue Description
SoftCo use sip trunk to connects to IMS, caller dials softco VU number, hang up when transfer call to front desk and hear the ringback tone, but the callee still rings

log in SoftCo:
1. check ims domain name

show ims connectpara

2. check the peer device domain name


3. check sip protocol domain name


compare these three domain name, should be same. if not same please revise.

the command is:

  • config modify ims connectpara domainname XXX
  • config modify peercomponent domainname XXX
  • config protocol sip officeno N domainname XXX
