Issue Description
When you attempt to load a flow file on the system monitoring console, the message "FailureFile does not exist!" is displayed.

If you upload a VoiceXML flow file, the system monitoring console directly returns an upload success message without verifying the file.
Handling Process
1. Change the name of the flow file by referring to Configuring Flowsby referring to Commissioning Guide > Verifying the Voice Self-Service > Verifying the IVR Service > Configuring VDN Information in the eSpace CC Product Documentation.
2. Log in to the IVR server as the icd user and verify that the files in /home/icd/icddir/bin/Y: on the IVR server are the same as those in /share/vpshare on the file server.
If the two directories contain different files, re-map the shared directory on the file server to the local directory on the IVR server by referring to Configuring Directory Mapping.
If the two directories contain different files, re-map the shared directory on the file server to the local directory on the IVR server by referring to Commissioning Guide > Verifying the Voice Self-Service > Verifying the IVR Service > Configuring Directory Mapping in the eSpace CC Product Documentation.
3. If the fault still persists, obtain help through the channels described in Help Channels.
Root Cause
 The flow file name is incorrect.
 An incorrect mapped directory is configured on the IVR server to point to the shared directory for storing flow files on the file server.
