The Web Page Speed in the Test Was Slow Because In-Order Delivery Was Disabled

Issue Description
Network Topology:

Symptom:

The USG2200HSR firewall provided Internet access for users. The webpage speed measured behind the firewall in the test was only about 700 kbps, but that measured outside of the firewall was about 9 Mbps.
Handling Process
The in-order delivery function on the USG2200HSR was disabled by default. If packets are processed by multiple cores, the packets may be delivered out-of-order and the measured speed will be lower. After the in-order delivery function was enabled, the problem was resolved.
Root Cause
1. The Vlanif2 address (192.168.1.1) of the inside interface of the USG2200HSR, outside interface (221.203.x.x), and next hop (221.203.x.x) were pinged from the PC on the intranet. No packet loss or severe delay was observed. Therefore, the connectivity problem was ruled out.

2. After the in-order delivery was enabled on the USG2200HSR using the packet sequence-kept enable command, the webpage speed was about 9 Mbps. After the in-order delivery was disabled, the speed dropped again. Therefore, the speed was affected by the in-order delivery function on the USG2200HSR.
Solution
Enable the in-order delivery function on the USG2200HSR.

[USG2200HSR] packet sequence-kept enable
