Console client didn't sign in cause the VU always reply busy

Issue Description

Customer restart the PBX U1960 ,after that when call the VU access code ,always get a answer the number you dial is busy .

Alarm Information

The number you dial is busy .

Handling Process

1.review the script of the VU ,and find that the call finally transfer to 7777 ,which is the access code of console server 

2.customer didn't install the software ,but only a hardware ipphone as a console client .

3.console client need to sign in the console server first ,then can receive the call .

4.dial *65*777# in the ipphone of console client ,sign in .the call became normal .

Root Cause

the console client didn't sign in cause the issue .

Solution

dial *65*777# in the ipphone of console client ,sign in .the call became normal

every time restart the PBX ,or console server , the console client need to sign in .
