SoftConsole B is bound to hard terminal C. When a call is initiated to the SoftConsole access code, SoftConsole B rings and only the rejection button is displayed. Hard terminal C does not ring. However, if a user picks up hard terminal C, the call can be connected properly. If the user clicks the rejection button on SoftConsole B, SoftConsole B enters the initial state where no button is displayed and no incoming call prompt message is displayed. However, the ring tone still lasts for a while in the headset.
Step 1 Run the show ringservice dn command to check whether the simultaneous ringing service is enabled for the SoftConsole. If yes, run the config delete ringservice dn command to disable the service.
Step 2 If the fault persists, contact Huawei technical support engineers.
The simultaneous ringing service is enabled for the SoftConsole. Binding the SoftConsole to a hard terminal is in conflict with the simultaneous ringing service.
