Issue Description
In the Windows Server 2008 operating system, why does the ISM online help fail to respond to the page setup request?

Solution
In the Windows Server 2008 operating system, the JDK is partially incompatible with the ISM online help; therefore, the ISM online help fails to respond to this request at a low probability.

If such an incompatibility issue rises, restart the ISM application program, and then rediscover devices.

1.  End the ISM application program.

     a.  In the task bar, click the right mouse button, and choose Start Task Manager from the shortcut menu.
     b.  In the Windows Task Manager dialog box, click the Applications tab, select Oceanspace ISM or OceanStor ISM, and click End Task.
         The ISM application program ends.

2.  Start the ISM, and choose System > Discover Device to rediscover the storage devices.
