How to rectify a VTL-I network adapter alarm?

Solution
Product and version information: VTL6900 V100R005.

A VTL-I network adapter alarm is caused by lack of a host name in the /etc/hosts directory. Rectify the alarm in the following procedure:

1.  Log in to the VTL server as user root. Go to the /usr/local/vtl/bin directory and run /sslocalclient <Host Information : "/etc/hosts"> to add the host name.

2.  Then go to the /opt/t3k/om_client_vtl/conf/om_client_vtl/vtl directory to modify the script file syschk. In the SYS_CHK_MAIN function, comment out SYS_Check_Eth_Port and SYS_Check_Eth_Link.

3.  Go to the /opt/t3k/om_client_vtl directory and run ./omvtlservice restart to restart the VTL service.
